Wi-Fi doesn’t generally perform as expected, and it’s not your only networking solution. Ethernet gives the best speeds but looks unattractive draped from gadgets and running alongside floorboards. That’s where by Powerline comes in. If you do not begin to see the Bluetooth  button in action center, try out updating your device's driver.
